Dan leads the growth/venture capital team in London, advising businesses seeking investment and providing financial due diligence services to institutional investors. Dan has also advised on M&A deals across a variety of sectors and is well connected to the UK private equity community. Dan is a Chartered Accountant, holds the ICAEW/CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance and in 2019 was named Emerging Dealmaker of the Year at The Insider Dealmaker Awards.
