Chris advises on a broad range of transactions involving SMEs, including trade acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins and purchase of own shares arrangements. As part of his transactional advisory work or as a standalone exercise, Chris undertakes financial modelling and financial due diligence assignments. As a key member of the valuation service team, Chris prepares valuations for a variety of purposes including; EMI schemes, incorporations and probate as well as advising the Forensic accounting team on shareholder disputes and matrimonial cases.
