Leader of AZCA’s Finance Practice. Wayne has more than 25 years of experience in finance, having worked at Bank of Tokyo and Union Bank of California. He managed many cross-border transactions at Park Plaza Investment Company and Strata Ventures, LLC. He also served as Chairman of Pan Pacific Bank, a regional bank in the Bay Area. Currently he serves as a board member of California Bank of Commerce. BA from UCLA, MBA from Santa Clara University.
