Javier has over 18 years of experience, having participated in a vast array of mergers, divestments, acquisitions, and IPOs, as well as providing independent advice to family-owned companies, mainly in the financial institutions and services, healthcare and pharma, and industry sectors, both in Spain and internationally. In his free time, you can find Javier on a walk with his wife, his two daughters, and his dogs, playing sports, coaching children to play rugby or traveling around the world. Javier holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas of Madrid (ICADE).
