Enrique Ugalde Bio

Enrique Ugalde is a Partner at AZ Capital. He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, IPOs and investment processes, both in Spain and internationally, mainly in the consumer goods and retail, energy and utilities, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining AZ Capital, he developed his professional career at AB Asesores Morgan Stanley, where he worked in the M&A department, and later at N+1 (formerly Alantra), both in corporate finance and alternative investments. Father of three children, Enrique is passionate about his family, outdoor sports, reading and gastronomy. Enrique holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas of Madrid (ICADE).
