Carlos Téllez Bio

Carlos Téllez is a Partner at AZ Capital. During his over 20 years of experience, he has participated in many M&A transactions in the energy and utilities, infrastructure and telecommunications sectors. He has deep experience in advising both companies and institutional investors in buyside and sellside M&A transactions, mergers and IPOs. Carlos started his career as a banker within the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, in its London and Madrid offices. Prior to joining AZ Capital, he worked at N+1 (formerly Alantra), where he advised family offices on corporate transactions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CUNEF, Madrid.
