Will serves Aurum as Partner & Managing Director, overseeing sourcing and execution of M&A transactions from Aurum’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Aurum, he founded Siglo Capital, LLC, a Dallas-based investment bank specialized in middle market M&A advisory. He was also a partner at B|V Capital which raised private equity for real estate acquisition, rehabilitation, and development in Texas. Will was previously Vice President at Transitus Capital, a Dallas investment bank serving clients in manufacturing, oilfield services, and health care, among other industries. Prior to Transitus, he was Vice President at Cox Oil, a family-owned E&P in Dallas and New Orleans, rounding out nearly a decade in the energy industry. Will earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy/Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, a BA in Economics and Spanish from Hampden-Sydney College, and holds Series 63 and 79 securities registrations. He has also served on the Underwriting Committee for the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center, a local charity dedicated to improving the lives of abused children.
