Stephen W. Donelson, J.D., M.B.A., LL.M. is Partner & Managing Director of Aurum Capital Connect, LLC. He is an investment banker and corporate attorney with extensive transactional experience. Prior to founding Aurum, Steve was a partner at Ballard Spahr, LLP where he led the national practice in its transactional efforts. Prior to Ballard Spahr, Steve was a founding shareholder and managing partner at Donelson Barry, LLC, a boutique firm with a robust transactional and succession planning practice. Steve holds both a J.D. and Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Colorado at Denver. He also holds Series 7, 63, and 79 securities registrations.
