Reed Stauffer is an experienced financial consultant partnering with Founders, CEO’s, Boards of Directors and other corporate stakeholders to execute a variety of strategic finance mandates. He is at his best helping business owners through ownership transitions and capital market events as Partner & Vice President from Aurum's Portland, OR office. Reed has a decade of investment banking and corporate finance expertise and understands what drives organizational value, bringing a unique perspective to each of his clients. Throughout his career, he has executed more than $500 million in total transaction value, representing both buyers and sellers. His expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, valuation, cash flow modeling, capital allocation and complex scenario analysis. His industry experience includes engineering, architecture, technology, real estate, professional services, government contractors and manufacturing. Prior to joining Aurum, Reed founded Hub Capital Advisory, a boutique investment bank serving lower middle market companies. Before Hub Capital, Reed spent seven years working for Chartwell Financial Advisory, providing business valuations and M&A advisory services to middle market businesses across the United States. In addition to Reed’s professional experience, he received his BA in Finance and Operations from Gonzaga University and holds Series 63 and 79 securities registrations.
