Benjamin Gates has a background in banking, corporate finance, operations, and manufacturing. Prior to Aurum, he served as President and Acting CFO for NG Companies, an industrial services company, where he managed a successful Private Equity partnership with Rockwood Equity. Ben was the President of Advantage Bank in Fort Collins prior to NG, where he spent 14 years in the commercial banking sector. Ben is Co-Owner and CFO of Kinetic Research Group, a firearms accessories manufacturer, and has several personal real estate development holdings. Ben serves with several non-profit organizations and has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.
