Bio

Mr. Villeneuve founded Augeo Advisors in 2010. Since beginning his career in 1987, Mr. Villeneuve has gained a diversified background in investment banking, management consulting, and corporate finance. In 2003, Mr. Villeneuve was honored as a finalist for Middle Market Deal of the Year, by M&A Advisor Magazine. In 2001, Mr. Villeneuve (along with Lars Ekstrom) co-founded and ran the L.A. office of Goldsmith Agio Helms, which was acquired by Lazard Ltd. in 2007, to form Lazard Middle Market. Mr. Villeneuve held the position of Managing Director from 2001 until early 2010 and served on the Executive Committee for Lazard Middle Market. During his tenure, Mr. Villeneuve completed numerous assignments, including the sales of National Pen Company, Cosco Industries, Automatic Rain Company, American Identity, Katzkin, Inc., and PremiumWear (a division of NYSE listed Deluxe Corporation: DLX). From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Villeneuve served as an Associate and ultimately a Vice President with a boutique Los Angeles-based investment bank, where his notable transactions include the sales of Jon Douglas Realtors, Boone International, Fred Sands Realtors, Gary's Tux Shops, and Aquaria, Inc. Mr. Villeneuve holds a bachelor of science (summa cum laude) Business Administration (emphasis in accounting & information systems) from California State University, Northridge, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School at UCLA, where he was also elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. In each case, Mr. Villeneuve graduated in the top 5% of his class. Mr. Villeneuve is a FINRA-registered General Principal (Series 24) and also holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, he also passed the Series 3 (Commodities) and Series 65 (Registered Investment Advisor) exams.
