Ethan Topper is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Ethan has 25+ years of experience in investment banking, including 21 years advising clients in the technology sector. Prior to joining Atlas, Ethan was the Global Head of Technology at Citi. From 2005-2011, he was the CEO and a partner at Union Square Advisors, an M&A boutique advisory firm focused on the technology sector and based in San Francisco. Before that, Ethan ran the global technology M&A practice at Credit Suisse, after two years in the same position at Deutsche Bank. Ethan also worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley, where he was Head of West Coast M&A until 1996. Ethan has executed and overseen hundreds of completed M&A and financing transactions, representing in aggregate over a quarter trillion dollars in deal value.
