Bio

Roberta Mazzariol is a founder and Senior Managing Director at Atlas Advisors. During her 27-year career as an investment banker and lawyer, Ms. Mazzariol has advised on more than 70 transactions, with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $40 billion. Prior to founding Atlas Advisors, Ms. Mazzariol worked for J.P. Morgan, where she executed mergers and acquisitions in the consumer and industrial sectors. Ms. Mazzariol began her career at the General Motors Treasury Department, and practiced law in Brazil, focusing on tax and corporate law. The Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Brazil Foundation, Ms. Mazzariol holds an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a J.D. from the University of São Paulo Law School, Brazil.
