Paul Gibbs Bio

Paul Gibbs is a Managing Director at Atlas Advisors focused primarily on Atlas’ Valuation and Fairness Opinion practice. Prior to joining Atlas Advisors, Mr. Gibbs spent 28 years at J.P. Morgan in London and New York, almost entirely in the M&A Department, where he specialized in analytics and valuation. He was Chairman of J.P. Morgan’s European Fairness Committee for 10 years, a member of the North American Fairness Committee and Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions Research. Mr. Gibbs has a B.Sc. from the University of Surrey and an M.B.A. from Manchester Business School.
