Matteo Meloni Bio

In Studio Livatino & Associati since 2012 and in Athena since 2022, he mainly deals with projects in the areas of Risk & Controls, Accounting & Business Plans, with a particular focus on management, strategic and organisational advisory, consultancy on internal control systems and risk management, compliance pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, budgeting and consultancy on tax and financial statements. He also has specialised expertise in international taxation issues (e.g. Transfer Pricing) and corporate crisis prevention and management. Previously, he had an experience of about two years at Deloitte, in the audit of industrial clients. From 2012 to 2019 he was Teaching Assistant at the Department of Accounting, Bocconi University.
