Luca Lupone Bio

He acts as Financial Advisor with focus in Deals and Transaction, mainly in the following areas: Valuation & Deals, Accounting and Business Plans, Litigation & Disputes, Crisis Management (Industrial Sector). He was Partner of PwC for 24 years; he joined the firm as auditor and was involved in Transaction Services and Consulting projects as well. He worked in Milan and London offices. In 1995 he joined the Corporate Finance Division with the responsibility to establish the BRS – Business Recovery Services activity in Italy (the business unit dedicated to companies facing financial problems and underperforming results or acting as advisor for distress M&A opportunities) and following being the Italian leader for Deals (business unit dedicated to M&A, Valuation, BRS, Strategic and Operational Deal Services and Transaction Services).
