Dino Martinazzoli Bio

He is among Athena founding members and he is mainly involved in projects referring to Valuations & Deals, Accounting & Business plans and Litigations & Disputes areas, with a focus on consulting activities within deals, due diligence and valuation. He was Partner of PwC for 25 years, where he initially worked within the Audit Division and later in the Advisory Transaction Services division, where he was also involved in several IPOs. He has also cooperated for over 20 years with Bocconi University - Accounting Department - as a contract professor.
