He was Partner of PwC for 24 years; he joined the firm as auditor and was involved in Transaction Services and Consulting projects as well. He worked in Milan and London offices. In 1995 he joined the Corporate Finance Division with the responsibility to establish the BRS – Business Recovery Services activity in Italy (the business unit dedicated to companies facing financial problems and underperforming results or acting as advisor for distress M&A opportunities) and following being the Italian leader for Deals (business unit dedicated to M&A, Valuation, BRS, Strategic and Operational Deal Services and Transaction Services). As Financial Advisor he closed several deals mainly distressed M&A and Financial Restructuring both for local clients and international groups and investors; performing many Valuation and Fairness opinions, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), Impairment Test exercises for leading local and international clients. He was a member of the Management Board of OIV (Italian Organization for Valuation), the Italian standard setter for valuations. Member of the European Leadership Council of SeriousFun Children’s Network, the organisation founded by Paul Newman dedicated to children with serious and chronic diseases and their families.
