Marc has a broad base of corporate finance advisory experience over 20 years, having advised on a wide variety of transactions across numerous sectors, including several Soho House transactions and the First Mile sale to GCP. Marc has led the firm’s development within the hospitality space, advising on the Byron, GBK, Secret Cinema and Luxury Family Hotels transactions as well as Ashcombe’s development of financing in the pioneers of the competitive socialising space in the UK - Flight Club and Puttshack. Prior to co-founding Ashcombe Advisers, he was a director at Quayle Munro, having joined New Boathouse Capital in 2002. Before that, Marc spent five years in equity research at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. Marc qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1996 and holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
