Adrian has 8 years’ Corporate Finance experience across a variety of sectors including Insurance and Banking. Before joining Ashcombe, Adrian worked for 4 years in the Financial Institutions Corporate Finance team at Deutsche Bank undertaking a range of transactions in M&A, restructuring, equity raising and debt financing. Prior to this, Adrian was a member of the European Corporate Strategy division at Lehman Brothers before joining the Group Corporate Development team at Lloyds Banking Group, where he worked on a range of Strategy and M&A projects. Adrian has a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and has passed Level II of the CFA Program.
