Steven Sadek Bio

Steven Sadek has over fifteen years of providing investment banking and financial restructuring services to middle-market companies. Prior to joining Armory, Steven was a Director in the Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities where he executed a broad range of transaction types, including leveraged buyout financings, public equity and high yield financings, debt and equity private placements, senior leveraged loans, and M&A advisory. Before that, he worked in the special situations and financial restructuring group at Chanin Capital Partners on transactions with debtors and creditors, including pre-crisis situations, out-of-court workouts, and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Steven graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received degrees in Economics from the Wharton School and in Systems Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
