Matthew (Matt) Cusick has nearly 20 years of experience advising companies on strategic alternatives including buy-side acquisitions, strategic sales, financings, divestitures and joint ventures for public and private companies, both domestically and internationally. Previously, Matt served as Managing Director and Co-Founder of Victory Park Securities and before that he co-founded Revolution Partners, an investment bankiated cum laude from Georgetown University with a BS in Finance.ng division of Morgan Keegan (now part of Raymond James). In his career, Matt has advised on dozens of transactions and has consummated deals with a wide range of strategic and financial buyers. Matt began his investment banking career as an analyst in Robertson Stephens’ New York office focused on software and services companies. Matt graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a BS in Finance.
