Dan Lasher has been working in the technology industry for more than a decade, with a focus on advising clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raising and general financial advisory transactions. Previously, Dan held the position of Vice President at Victory Park Securities and before that he served as the Head of Product and Business Operations at Streetwise Media where he helped drive product strategy and design, leading to an acquisition by the American City Business Journals. Prior to his role at Streetwise Media, he helped execute nearly 30 early- and growth-stage strategic transactions totaling more than $600 million as a venture investor with GrandBanks Capital and an investment banking advisor with Revolution Partners, an investment banking division of Morgan Keegan, respectively. Dan earned a BS in Management with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
