Vincenzo has advised on numerous Private Capital transactions across the whole Digital Economy space, notably in the areas of software, digital media and financial technology. Prior to Arma, he held positions at Rothschild & Co, Mediobanca and UniCredit in Milan. Vincenzo holds a MSc in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
