Valerio Stanizzi Bio

Joined Arma Partners in 2021. Valerio has advised on numerous M&A and Private Capital transactions across the whole Digital Economy space, notably in the areas of software and communication services. Prior to Arma, Valerio held positions at the Corporate and Investment Banking division of Banco Santander and Arkios Italy in Milan. Valerio holds a MSc in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
