Joined Arma Partners in 2015. Previously spent over 6 years at Citigroup in the M&A team across multiple geographies including UK, UAE and India with a primary focus on the CMT sector. Additional experience includes a year in the Investment Banking division of Al Rayan Investment in Doha (Qatar). Shajeed has advised on over $12bn worth of M&A transactions, IPOs and financings and worked with leading companies including MessageLabs, Orascom Telecom, Axon Group, Etisalat, Navteq, as well as leading Gulf-based Financial Services and Real Estate companies. Shajeed is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holds a Masters in Commerce (M.Com) in Finance & Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
