Founding member of Arma Partners with c.25 years corporate finance experience in the technology sector. Previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and BZW in London, New York and Paris. At Arma, John focuses on the Financial Technology sector and has advised on over 50 transactions across capital markets, asset management/wealth management, insurance and payments. Counterparties in transactions John has advised on have included a large number of strategic parties such as Barclaycard, Broadridge, Cognizant, FirstData, FIS, IHS Markit, Factset, FICO, Playtech, SimCorp, Temenos and Verifone. John is a graduate of University College Dublin (Ireland) where he received a BComm International. He also holds the Diplôme d’HEC (France).
