Joe Donnelly Bio

Joined Arma Partners in May 2024. Previously Joe was a Director in Raymond James’s Technology & Services Investment Banking team and prior to that, Joe worked at Investec. Joe has advised on over 30 M&A transactions, acting for a range of global private equity, corporates, and founders. With sector specialism in data & information services, marketing tech & tech-enabled services, and EdTech. Prior to investment banking, Joe graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Durham University and subsequently took the Level 1 & 2 CFA exams.
