Joined Arma Partners in 2023. Jean-Louis has advised on numerous M&A and Private Capital transactions across the technology sector, primarily in the Software, IT Services, and Circular Economy areas. Before joining Arma Partners, Jean-Louis spent six years at Houlihan Lokey and worked at Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity and Euronext. Jean-Louis holds a BSc degree from HEC Lausanne and pursued additional studies at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
