Joined Arma Partners in 2016 in Munich. Henrietta has over 20 years of investment banking and private equity experience, having advised on over 35 transactions worth over €10 billion in aggregate. Previously, Henrietta was a Managing Director at goetzpartners Corporate Finance leading the Internet & Technology Practice Group and TMT Principal Investments. Prior to that, Henrietta worked for Lazard’s M&A division and in private equity and venture capital. Henrietta holds a doctorate from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany where she also studied business administration and economics including a term abroad at Cranfield School of Management in the UK and at ESC Reims in France.
