Andrew Wheatley Bio

Joined Arma Partners in 2017. Andrew has 20 years of corporate finance experience and focuses on the communications and cloud sectors. Andrew has advised on transactions across public and hybrid cloud, web-hosting, digital transformation, and communications services and infrastructure. Counterparties in transactions he has advised on include strategic parties such as IBM, Cognizant, TalkTalk, Nikon, Colt and Advania, and many leading private equity investors. Previously, Andrew led transactions at Deloitte Corporate Finance and Goldman Sachs, and was a member of the KPMG Transactions Services team. Andrew is a chartered accountant and engineering graduate from the University of Cambridge.
