Tom joined Arma on a full-time basis in 2020 having previously worked closely with the team as an external contractor from 2013. With over 19 years of IT industry experience, including 7 as a Technical Team Lead for a financial services-focused MSP, Tom holds leading vendor certifications with Microsoft, Cisco and VMware as well as being ITIL, Prince2 and CISSP certified.
