Joined Arma Partners in 2021. Fergus has advised on numerous M&A transactions, notably in the areas of software and fintech. Prior to Arma, Fergus was at IBIS Capital, a technology and media-focused investment bank based in London. Fergus holds an MSc in Management from London Business School and a BA in Geography from Exeter University.
