Joined Arma Partners in 2017. Previously worked at Capital SCF, a technology M&A boutique, where he led multiple M&A transactions and fund-raisings, notably in the Software & Services, Marketing Automation and Communication Services sectors. Prior to that, Charles co-founded two technology start-ups, and was a VP at the Valence Group, a chemicals-focused investment bank where he advised on over $10bn worth of cross-border M&A transactions for companies such as ExxonMobil, Solvay, INEOS, DSM and portfolio companies of Permira, Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and Apollo. Charles holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a BCom from McGill University in Canada. He is also a CFA charterholder.
