Joined Arma Partners in 2017. Andrew has 15 years of corporate finance experience and a track record of transactions in technology and telecoms. Previously, Andrew was a Director with Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he led transactions across the TMT sector, with a focus on communications services, including cloud hosting, managed services and networking. Prior to this, Andrew held positions in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs and the transactions services team at KPMG. Andrew has advised private equity, corporate and individual clients, including Nikon Corporation, Colt Group, SSE Enterprise Telecoms, Fairfax Media, FPE Capital, Foresight Group and Bowmark Capital. He is based in London where he leads both international and UK deals; earlier in his career he spent four years working in Sydney, Australia. Andrew is a chartered accountant (ACA) and engineering graduate from the University of Cambridge.
