Joined Arma Partners in 2020. Alina has 7 years of experience in advising privately held companies and Private Equity clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across technology verticals. Prior to joining Arma, she was a Senior Vice President at William Blair in London, where she was focusing on FinTech and software. Previous experience includes positions in William Blair’s Institutional Equity Sales team and at optionsXpress, a self-directed online trading platform, now part of Charles Schwab. Alina holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a BS in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
