Ahmet Çavuşoğlu Bio

Ahmet Çavuşoğlu has 14 years of investment banking experience. Throughout his career, he has completed numerous mergers & acquisitions and debt financing transactions with a total transaction value of about US$2.0 billion. His M&A expertise spans various industries including machinery and equipment, auto parts, chemicals, retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, logistics, outsourced services and e-commerce. He has also advised sponsors and financial institutions on debt financing transactions for healthcare public-private partnership projects and transportation infrastructure projects in Türkiye. Prior to co-founding Arma Capital, Ahmet was a Managing Director at a leading Turkish investment banking firm, where he led teams involved in complex transactions in M&A and debt financing. Prior to investment banking, Ahmet worked in automotive industry for Renault and Yazaki. Ahmet earned a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, and earned a MIM degree from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
