Bio

Wade re-joined Arlington in 2024 to oversee execution and operations. He has more than 15 years of transaction and corporate finance experience. Prior to re-joining the firm, Wade was the CFO for a beverage rollup platform as well as one of the largest independent distilleries in the country. Wade previously spent more than 8 years at Arlington sourcing and structuring debt and equity transactions in the US and across the globe. Prior to that, he worked at Brentwood Capital Advisors and graduated from Auburn University.
