Bio

Seton is our President and Chief Operating Officer, coming to us from New Capital Partners, a middle market-focused private equity firm where he served as a Principal. Prior to NCP, Seton ran financial planning for a start-up airline, Eos Airlines, and was an associate with Lazard. Seton attended Princeton University, and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Fellow.
