Christian Berkhoff Bio

Christian Berkhoff is Managing Partner at ARGONAS and has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance advisory and investment banking. At ARGONAS, Christian leads M&A and financing projects across a wide range of industries, sectors and company situations. Christian's focus areas are in particular the Industrial & Automotive and Business Services sectors as well as complex financing solutions and M&A processes. Selected transaction references include the sale of the Siemens holding Symeo to the US-listed Analog Devices, the sale of Tecno Plast to the Swedish Indutrade Group, the carve-out of a business unit for the international Auria Solutions Group and various financing and M&A projects for Feuer powertrain. Before founding ARGONAS, Christian worked for JP Morgan in London and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in Frankfurt, where he primarily advised multinational corporations and large medium-sized companies on structured debt and hybrid capital financing solutions. Christian has a degree in business administration from the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and a Masters in Finance from the London Business School.
