Andrej Kirschke is Managing Director at ARGONAS and has more than 26 years of experience in investment banking, M&A and capital markets. At ARGONAS, Andrej advises German and international companies and financial investors on buy and sell side as well as capital raising transactions. He focusses on mid-sized (”Mittelstand”) companies from a variety of sectors, especially software/ technology, Automotive, flexible packaging as well as transport & logistics. Selected reference transactions include the sale Nissen & Velten Software to Main Capital as well as the sale of vpool, an operator of a pool of reusable plastic containers for the meat industry, to Dutch Faber Halbertsma Group. Andrej commenced his career at N M Rothschild in London, participating in a variety of international M&A and capital market transactions for large international companies, among which were numerous privatisation transactions via M&A and IPO. Prior to joining ARGONAS, he also worked at investment bank Kepler Cheuvreux (formerly Kepler Capital Markets) and at Dutch bank NIBC Bank Deutschland AG in Frankfurt am Main. Andrej has studied economics at both the University of Oxford (MPhil) as well as the University of Essex (B.A.).
