Shohana worked at Piper Sandler from 2021 – 2022 as a Director in the Asset Management Investment Banking Group, where she was dedicated to the coverage of private markets and alternative asset managers. Prior to that, Shohana was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Groups at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, where she provided M&A advisory and capital markets solutions to asset managers and financial institutions globally. Shohana earned a BS in Finance with Honors from Bentley University.
