Manoj oversees special projects for Ardea Partners. He was previously the Chief Administrative Office and General Counsel of Ardea Partners from 2017-2023. He worked as an associate from 2008 – 2016 at Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLP with a broad international and domestic mergers and acquisitions practice as well as representing a major financial company on key commercial transactions. He received his BA from New York University and his JD from New York Law School.
