Jessica worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLP as an Associate from 2012 - 2018 with a practice focused on public and private M&A. More recently, she worked as a Vice President at Barclays in the Bank Regulation, Treasury and M&A Legal and Regulatory Implementation teams. Jessica earned a BA from Occidental College and her JD from New York University School of Law.
