Jürgen has extensive M&A experience in transactions of mid-sized companies as well as globally operating groups. The focus of his work is on strategically motivated company sales and acquisitions. In his longstanding career at Infineon AG, Jürgen established and managed the world’s leading business segment – Security, with a turnover of 500 million euros. He shared his expertise in the field of corporate finance in the form of a lectureship at the University of St. Gallen and the ETH Zurich. Within Aquin’s Board, he heads the office in Lindau.
