John Dyer Bio

John Dyer, Managing Director, is based in Aquilo Partner's Boston office. He brings extensive experience in healthcare investment banking, spanning partnerships, sell-side advisory, acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, and follow-on offerings across the biotechnology, specialty pharma, and diagnostics sectors. Prior to Aquilo Partners in 2009, John was an Executive Director at JPMorgan, where he advised biotechnology clients on a broad range of strategic and financing engagements. Before joining JPMorgan in 2006, John spent six years with Cowen and Company, focusing on small and mid-cap biotechnology clients in New York and San Francisco. John received a Master's degree in International Business Administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma, and a BA degree from the University of Virginia.
