Bio

Virginie is a senior vice president with Antares Capital and is a founding member of the Portfolio Management team. Prior to this role, she was responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing transactions. Prior to joining GE Antares in 2013, Virginie was a vice president in the European fixed income division of Nomura in London trading leveraged loans and high yield bonds. Prior to this role, Virginie was with BNP Paribas for over 10 years in various markets and roles, including in London, Paris and New York where she started her career structuring US middle market LBO loans. Virginie earned a Master in Finance (MSG) from the Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and received her MBA from the City University of New York Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. She is a CFA® charterholder.
