Bio

Michael is a senior vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing private equity sponsored transactions. Michael has served in various credit functions at Antares including underwriting and restructuring. He initially joined GE Capital in 2012 as part of the Telecom, Media & Technology industry lending group. Michael began his career in public accounting in the audit practice of Ernst & Young. Michael graduated summa cum laude from the College of Charleston and earned his master’s in accounting, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
