Ben is managing director, Strategy & Corporate Development for Antares Capital responsible for driving the firm’s growth initiatives. Ben joined Antares Capital in 2022 after more than a decade at McKinsey, where he was a partner and most recently led its North American Strategy and Corporate Finance practice in Financial Institutions. Ben is a member of the Antares Executive Committee. Previously, Ben was at Deloitte where he worked with clients on a range of public accounting issues. Ben, a CPA, CA, earned an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
