Bio

Adam is a senior vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing transactions. Adam joined GE Antares in 2011 as part of the Senior Secured Loan Program (SSLP) team, structuring and underwriting unitranche financings. Prior to GE Antares, Adam worked in the capital markets and underwriting groups at Madison Capital Funding. Prior to Madison, Adam worked in the high yield finance group at Banc One Capital Markets. He began his career in the leveraged finance group at Banc of America Securities. Adam graduated from the University of Illinois and is a CFA charterholder.
